If you’re eligible for Help@hand, the first thing you’ll need is a welcome email from your employer.
This comes automatically when your company registers eligible employees for the app. No email? Ask your HR representative to check you’re both eligible and registered for Help@hand.
Once you’ve got the email, click the link provided or go directly to the App Store or Google Play and search ‘Help@hand’. Download the app.
Enter your details and get started with a wealth of health and wellbeing support for you and your family.*
*Eligible family members include partner and children up to 18, or up to 24 if in full-time education.
Help@hand is available to your employees at no additional cost, if you are a Unum policyholder with one of the following: Group Income Protection, Group Life, Group Critical Illness, and Sick Pay Insurance.
Selected services are available to uninsured employees. For more information, please check the employer Help@hand page here.
The full suite of Help@hand service can be provided to your uninsured employees for a fee of £4.15 per employee per month, payable to Square Health Limited. Please register for access here.
To access the Help@hand portal, fill out the administrator details in the form below. Further admins can be added from the admin portal.
You will then receive a confirmation email, and we will be in touch with portal login details within 5 working days.
Finally follow the steps in the portal to set up your account so your employees can start using Help@hand.
