Making a claim

Making a claim is straightforward, but may be slightly different depending on the type of policy you have or the product you’re covered by.

If you’re covered by a Group Income Protection or Critical Illness policy, you will need to ask your employer for a claim form. For all other products, please click on the link below to make your claim.
