Once set up by an employer, employees can access a wide range of health and wellbeing services for total support — including a 24/7 remote GP service, plus unlimited mental health support and medical second opinions — all in one easy-to-use app.
When the time is right our team of specialists can help develop a return to work plan which is tailored to the person’s needs.
We’ll stay in touch throughout and will monitor to make sure that the plan is working for you and your employee.
Unum’s partnership with Maggie’s cancer charity offers free practical, emotional and social support, and is available to people with cancer as well as their family and friends.
Visit the Maggie’s website to find the nearest Maggie’s Centre or to access their services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Wellbeing Hub includes useful links and support, including a dedicated area for wellbeing resources, including podcasts, articles and case studies. Plus access the Wellbeing Calendar for ongoing and relevant content throughout the year.
Help@hand connects employees of Unum customers to third party specialists who can help manage their health and wellbeing, and that of their family. Access to the app and service is facilitated at no cost by Unum. However, you will be liable for charges for medication and delivery, referral letters and private fit notes. Unum is not the provider of the Help@hand service, but retains the right to withdraw or change the service at any time. Available to UK residents only.
