Yes. Help@hand is available at no cost for employees insured under a Group Income Protection, Group Life or Group Critical Illness policy. Selected Help@hand services are also available to uninsured employees at no additional cost. Employers can extend the full suite of services to employees not covered by the Group Risk policy for a cost of £4.50 per employee per month.
