‘Cancer in the Workplace’ HR and line manager

Our ‘Cancer in the Workplace’ workshop has been developed with Maggie’s cancer charity and is designed to give HR and line managers the knowledge and understanding to help an employee following a cancer diagnosis.

Designed for those who can’t attend a workshop, our e-modules allow you to:

  • Pick and choose the sections you want to use
  • Access the information whenever you need it

The ‘on demand’ training and guidance also includes access to practical tools and videos.

Line Manager support

You have access to a wealth of information and line manager support through our partnership with LifeWorks as well as 1-to-1 guidance through our in-house health professionals.

LifeWorks is available via the web, freephone and mobile app.

Through our partnership with Maggie’s cancer charity, we can provide information and advice for HR professionals and line managers on cancer support.

Our team of specialists can help you support your employee through their cancer experience. And, when the time is right, they can work with you and your employee to develop a personalised return to work plan.
