* Access to insured and uninsured employees, for companies where the UK entity employs up to 40 employees, and family members at no cost. Family members include the employee's partner. Children are eligible up to their 18th birthday via their parent or can access directly after their 18th birthday up to their 24th birthday if in full-time education.
