"Help@hand can be literally lifesaving, or a valuable backup if you just need a chat or some advice. It’s an incredible perk and I wanted to say thank you to all those involved in making this part of the employment package as, being completely honest, I would not be writing this if I hadn’t used it."

Cancer navigation service

When cancer becomes a worry, having someone to guide you can make all the difference. Available through Help@hand, our personalised cancer navigation service gives employees access to a cancer navigation specialist from Reframe Cancer who can help them understand what's happening, what to do next and where to turn for support.

Whether they're:

  • Going through tests
  • Waiting for answers
  • Have received a diagnosis
  • Supporting someone close to them

Employees have access to trusted guidance during some of the most uncertain moments of a cancer experience.
