Unum and Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) partnership

Subject to regulatory approvals, which we anticipate receiving by early July 2025; 

• Generali UK Employee Benefits has entered into an agreement to sell the renewal rights of its Group Risk portfolio to Unum Limited. 
• Unum will become the administrator of Generali UK Employee Benefits’ in-force policies and claims.
• Unum will welcome the experienced Generali UK Employee Benefits teams into its specialist UK business. 

And, with immediate effect, Unum Limited has been selected to join the Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) as its new UK employee benefits partner.  

In the meantime, a Part VII process will also proceed to transfer claims and remaining Generali UK policies to Unum Limited which will be subject to legal and regulatory approvals.
