Still need access to EAP services via LifeWorks?
Access to LifeWorks will remain in place until the end of June. After this time, Lifeworks services will no longer be available with the exception of employees who have counselling in progress, who will be able to complete their treatment, and a three month period (up to the end of September) where employees will be able to take out their cashback.
Direct access to LifeWorks
App: Search ‘Lifeworks’ in the App Store or Google Play.
Online: Log in using your user ID and password for access to a library of downloadable content and interactive tools.
Telephone: If you’d prefer a confidential phone call, your HR/financial adviser will have the number.
