At Unum, we deeply believe in fostering an inclusive culture and celebrating diversity.
Our commitment to women in leadership is at the core of our Inclusion and Diversity strategy. Signing the Women in Finance Charter in 2016 kicked our support for the progression of women into senior roles within financial services into high gear.
Join our Women’s Leadership Collective to help shape the future of the working world for females in the health and protection industry.
July’s networking event
Our second intimate event will be hosted by some of Unum’s leading women, and will be an opportunity for networking and conversation with peers from across the industry.

About the venue
Set in the New Wing of the iconic Somerset House, nestled in London’s arts and cultural hub, Spring is renowned for a distinctively seasonal, elegant menu. With wholesome produce and beautiful ingredients prepared by a dedicated team, Spring aspires to create an experience that delights the palate and also leaves lasting impression.
Spring is headed by Skye Gyngell, a female chef originally from Australia. Skye initially trained in Sydney, then Paris, before taking on the role of head chef at Petersham Nurseries. Skye has also published three books and was the food writer at the Independent on Sunday.
