We include pre-planned treatment and pre-existing conditions within your period of cover.
Whether it’s staying with your long-standing family dentist or trying somewhere new, we give you complete flexibility, including NHS and private options.
Dental treatment is not limited purely to the UK. You can receive eligible treatment worldwide, and we’ll also cover for accidents and emergencies that may happen abroad. We just need the receipt in English.
We reimburse 100% of the cost of NHS treatment (excluding the A&E plan).
There are no waiting periods applied to any of our dental plans. Cover begins from the day your policy starts.
Your plan can typically be extended to cover your partner and your children at an additional cost. Check with your employer for full details.
If you have children on your policy, an annual allowance pays towards their orthodontics fees. Annual limitations apply.
Rugby, skiing, cycling or even table tennis – we include cover for sports injuries and can even pay towards your mouthguards.
We can help cover the cost of implant treatment. To find out how much you can claim, please refer to your benefit schedule.
You have 90 days to submit a claim from the last date of treatment in your course. Once we receive your claim, we aim to reimburse you within 5-10 working days.
Making a claim shouldn't be like pulling teeth. That's why we've simplified the process so there's no need for claim forms. Claims can be logged and tracked via the online portal for fast settlement.
Our emergency cover gives you the freedom to seek prompt treatment, anywhere in the world.
