Your cover explained

We cover any pre-existing dental conditions (excluding mouth cancer)

We include pre-planned treatment and pre-existing conditions within your period of cover.

Visit any dentist you choose

Whether it’s staying with your long-standing family dentist or trying somewhere new, we give you complete flexibility allowing you to choose either a NHS or private dentist.

Cover for dental treatment wherever you go

Dental treatment is not limited purely to the UK. You can receive eligible treatment worldwide, and we’ll also cover for accidents and emergencies that may happen abroad. We just need the itemised receipt in English.

NHS cover available

We reimburse 100% of the cost of NHS treatment (excluding the A&E plan).

Your dental cover begins immediately

There are no waiting periods applied to any of our dental plans. Cover begins from the day your policy starts.

Family cover

Your plan can typically be extended to cover your partner and your children at an additional cost. Check with your employer for full details.

Orthodontics for children

If you have children on your policy, the annual allowance can help pay towards their orthodontics fees. Annual limitations apply.

Keep active, keep smiling

Rugby, skiing, cycling or even table tennis – we include cover for sports injuries and can even pay towards your mouthguards.

Reimbursement towards implant and anaesthetic fees

We can help cover towards the cost of implant treatment as well as any anaesthetic used during this treatment or any other. Both benefits are only available on certain levels of cover. To find out which levels of cover this benefit is available with and the relevant amounts, please refer to your benefit schedule

90-day claim allowance

You have 90 days to submit a claim from the last date of treatment in your course. Once we receive your claim, we aim to reimburse you within 5-10 working days.

Fast claims payment via our simple, paperless process

There’s no need to use paper forms – with your policy you have access to our online portal to make claiming quick and easy, you can even use your smartphone. To find out more click here.
