24/7 work/life help and support services for employees and employers.
All of Unum’s policies come with a built-in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that provides a package of work/life support services to employees and their immediate family members. Income Protection customers also get additional employer services.
Mental Health Pathway - for all customers
Unum’s Mental Health Pathway is an early intervention service that enables both employers and employees to access specialist support, quickly, when mental health concerns are first raised.
