‘Cancer in the Workplace’ HR and line manager training
Our ‘Cancer in the Workplace’ workshop has been developed with Maggie’s cancer charity and is aimed at line managers and HR departments. The workshop has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and understanding to help an employee following a cancer diagnosis.
Designed for those who can’t attend a workshop, our e-modules allow you to:
- Pick and choose the sections you want to use
- Access the information whenever you need it
The ‘on demand’ training and guidance also includes access to practical tools and videos.
Line Manager support
You have access to a wealth of information and line manager support through our partnership with LifeWorks.
LifeWorks is available via the web, Freephone and a mobile app.
Maggie’s cancer charity
Through our partnership with Maggie’s cancer charity, we can provide information and advice for HR professionals and line managers on cancer support.
Return to work support
(when the time is right)
When the time is right, our in-house team of health professionals can work with you to support your employee in their return to work.
This could include:
- A telephone call with you to discuss the situation
- Providing you with a framework for a return to work plan
