  • An easy-to-use digital platform – you can add employee benefits and manage them all in one place
  • Support from the Benni team – help communicating your benefits to your employees, so they know what you offer and how to really get the most out of them
  • Streamlining HR tasks such as managing requests for additional voluntary contributions to pension schemes or setting up holiday buy and sell programmes.

 



Benni lets you offer a wider choice of employee benefits, helping you stand out from other employers. It can support your business by recruiting, retaining and motivating your people.


 

The Benni Vital service is available for a fee to employers with between 50 and 250 employees and they can access Benni when they buy an employer-funded Unum Group Income Protection, Critical Illness, Dental or Life Insurance policy. A minimum spend applies.
