Nearly 200 Basingstoke based UnumProvident employees attended a recent summer ball with the striking theme ‘The Monochrome Majesty of a Black and White Ball.’
UnumProvident – the UK’s leading disability insurer – opened its prestigious new Basingstoke office, UnumProvident House in Basing View, last year and now has 240 staff working there.
The 2006 Basingstoke Summer Ball was held at Wokefield Park near Reading. The 200 attendees joined in the fun which included a casino, tethered balloon rides, football goal post action and a live band.
Amongst all the fun, food and drinks the Summer Ball Committee held a raffle in support of UnumProvident’s chosen charity, SeeAbility, and raised more than £1,000 during the evening.
