UnumProvident, the UK's leading disability insurer, has appointed Nick Gleeson to the role of Director of Corporate Development.
Nick joined UnumProvident in August 2000. Since then he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of a number of corporate development projects including, most recently, the agreement with Swiss Life (UK) for UnumProvident to administer and reinsure their group income protection claims portfolio and participate as a partner within their multinational pooling arrangement.
In his new role Nick will be responsible for continuing to look for new opportunities for UnumProvident to expand its market leading position in the UK in addition to identifying ways to develop new markets.
