Scheme Administrator to register for HMRC online services (see Registering a new Group Life scheme, on website).
Establish scheme with Trust Deed (specimen on website).
Admit participating employers with Deeds of Participation (specimen on website).
Forward a copy of Trust Deed to Unum Announce scheme to employees (specimen on website).
Identify and appoint practitioner, if any (see Role of Practitioner, on website).

Confirm to Unum the date Registered and the Pension Scheme Tax Reference Number.
